Responsibilities

  • Define, Plan and monitor strategic R&D projects in alignment with company goals
  • Break down the technical content into tasks, project milestones, resource plan and risk analysis
  • Coordinate with engineering, product management and business units to ensure clear priorities and timelines
  • Track progress, prepare project reports and ensure deliverables are met
  • Support decision-making with data-driven insights, KPIs and scenario analysis

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or similar field
  • Proven experience in R&D project planning, ideally in energy, power electronics, or industrial solutions
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project /MS Planner/ Jira, or similar)
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
