Aufgaben
  • Als Head of Projects bist du für die Organisation des Projektbereichs zuständig und durch deine operative Mitarbeit am Erfolg des Bereichs beteiligt
  • Du hast die Chance, unseren Projektbereich mitzugestalten, unsere Prozesse nach Deinen Vorstellungen zu optimieren und die besten Arbeitsbedingungen für Dein Team zu schaffen
  • Du übernimmst die fachliche Leitung für unseren Projektbereich und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe im Arbeitsalltag
  • Du verantwortest die Organisation und Orchestrierung unseres internen Projektteams zur Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten
  • Du bist gemeinsam mit den Projektleitungen dafür zuständig, bei Planabweichungen Lösungsvorschläge zu erarbeiten und zu implementieren und bist bei Kundeneskalationen die erste Ansprechperson
  • Du erarbeitest geeignete Maßnahmen zur Förderung und Weiterentwicklung Deines Teams
  • Im Rahmen des Projektcontrollings steuerst Du aktiv die Einhaltung von vereinbarten Projektbudgets und -zielen, Terminen und Qualitätsstandards
Qualifikation
  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit IT-Schwerpunkt
  • Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement mit Personalverantwortung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen IT-Projekten und deren Management
  • Ausgeprägtes informationstechnisches Verständnis
  • Kenntnisse agiler Projektmanagementmethoden
  • Erfahrungen mit Softwarelösungen auf Basis von Java sind von Vorteil
  • Ein Kommunikations- und Organisationstalent
  • Hands-On-Mentalität
  • Analytisches Denken sowie eine proaktive und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu projektabhängigen Reisetätigkeiten
