Responsibilities:

  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Quality Management department

  • Further development and implementation of the quality management system in accordance with internal and customer-specific requirements

  • Evaluation, preparation, and monitoring of relevant KPIs

  • Definition and implementation of improvement measures in collaboration with other departments

  • Execution and participation in complaint handling, according to the claim management process and internal standards

  • Root cause analyses and implementation of corrective actions

  • Leading and moderating customer complaint processes

  • Planning, coordination, and execution of internal, external, and customer audits

  • Monitoring of measures to address audit deviations

  • Participation in cross-site audits, including conducting quality system audits at other locations

Qualifications:

  • Completed university degree in a relevant field

  • Several years of experience in quality management

  • Experience in plastics and silicone processing is desirable

  • Solid experience in the automotive sector and relevant certifications

  • Internal Auditor IATF 16949, Process Auditor VDA 6.3

  • Leadership experience

  • Business-fluent English skills
