• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals and improve overall performance.

• Performance Management: Oversee the performance management system, ensuring alignment with business objectives and continuous improvement.

• Operational Excellence: Identify and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business success.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to inform strategic decisions and measure performance outcomes.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.

Education & Experience: 

• A completed degree, ideally in business management, technology, IT, or data-related fields.

• 8+ years of professional experience in business management, performance optimization, or comparable areas with a focus on digital products and business models (e.g., e-commerce, automotive, data, or AI).

• 5+ years in a leadership role with proven success in team development and performance.

• Strategic Thinking & Analytics: Strong skills in planning, data analysis, and data-driven decision-making.

• Leadership: Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

• Financial Acumen: Confident in budgeting and financial management.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement.

• Languages: First or bilingual proficiency in German and English.

• Change & Innovation: Ability to drive transformation and implement new ideas.

• Customer Development: Experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Omnichannel Marketing: Expertise in SEM and integrated multi-channel marketing strategies.

• Marketing Mix: Skilled in applying all elements of the marketing mix effectively.
