Dołączysz do programu transformacyjnego, którego celem jest budowa suwerennej, cloud-native, service-oriented platformy wewnętrznej. Platforma zapewnia zespołom narzędzia samoobsługowe do tworzenia, uruchamiania i utrzymywania aplikacji (obszary: infrastruktura, dane, lifecycle, build/delivery, operacje). Zespół D4P dostarcza i optymalizuje kluczowe narzędzia DevOps wspierające CI/CD i delivery w skali całej organizacji.
Tryb pracy: hybrydowy, 5 dni w miesiącu stacjonarnie we Frankfurcie
Product Manager (DevOps for Platform)
Twój zakres obowiązków
- Definiowanie i prowadzenie wizji, strategii oraz roadmapy produktów platformowych.
- Zarządzanie portfelem i artefaktami PM (roadmapy, specyfikacje, backlog).
- Współpraca i alignment z interesariuszami na poziomie inżynierskim, operacyjnym oraz programowym.
- Negocjowanie priorytetów w złożonym środowisku i transparentne zarządzanie sprintami oraz planami kwartalnymi.
- Utrzymywanie backlogu i dokumentacji w Jira/Confluence oraz zapewnienie klarowności wymagań i rezultatów.
- Doprecyzowanie wymagań funkcjonalnych i niefunkcjonalnych, współpraca z Architekturą oraz nadzór nad implementacją.
Nasze wymagania
- Doświadczenie jako Senior Product Manager/Owner dla produktów platformowych i/lub DevSecOps.
- Pełna odpowiedzialność za strategię, roadmapę i backlog w środowisku enterprise.
- Biegłość w Agile (planowanie sprintów/kwartałów) oraz w pracy z artefaktami PM.
- Znajomość Jira i Confluence na poziomie power usera.
- Doświadczenie w obszarze cloud-native DevSecOps (publiczna/prywatna chmura).
- Znajomość usług chmurowych (AWS/GCP/Azure), Kubernetes, IAM/RBAC, monitoring/observability.
- Bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikacji technicznej – tłumaczenie złożonych tematów na jasne wymagania biznesowe i techniczne.
- Angielski min. B2.
- Doświadczenie w pracy w środowisku multi-cloud/hybrid.
- Umiejętność systemowego myślenia i pracy na zależnościach międzydomenowych.
- Odporność na zmiany i efektywne zarządzanie wielowątkowością.
