Your tasks
- Further development of a modern reinsurance technical accounting structure of Talanx AG cedants with special focus on Latin America
- Verification and balancing of reinsurance data in order to process statements of accounts
- Quality management and reports, coordination and on-time delivery of accounting data
- Contribute to improving processes and tools that support accounting and claims handling, ensuring efficiency and user-friendliness (ProRis)
- Communication with internal and external partners in an internationally formed environment
- Examination, calculation, processing, monitoring and loss reporting of reinsurance mayor claims for Talanx AG
Your profile
- Professional background in commercial, business administration, banking, insurance or a similar field - we value a solid understanding of numbers and processes
- Affinity for working with data and figures - experience in reinsurance technical accounting, claims management or data analysis is a plus but not a must
- Experience with reinsurance systems (e.g., ProRis) is beneficial but not required
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data-handling tools such as SQL or Power BI is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- An open-minded, solution-oriented approach, with curiosity and willingness to take on new tasks and challenges
- Very good command of English; knowledge of Spanish and/or German would be an asset
