In the Finance, Legal & Strategy department, we enable the rapid but sustainable growth of Personio and ensure the financial health, legal stability, and strategic direction-setting of the organization. We see ourselves as co-pilot of our business leaders and partner collaboratively with the entire organization, to enable data-driven decision-making by providing thoughtful analysis and insights.

We are looking for a highly motivated Working Student Finance & Accounting.

What You'll Do

• Processing (checking, pre-accounting, posting) of incoming invoices
• Verifying and processing travel and other expenses
• Preparation of monthly account reconciliation and month-end closing reporting
• Master data maintenance in our ERP system (Workday) and various tools
• Documentation and participation in the optimization of processes (digitalisation / automation)
• Communication with external and internal stakeholders
• Support in the Tax or Treasury team if needed.

What You'll Need To Succeed

• Student, preferably with background in or interest in business administration / finance / accounting / economics
• Good analytical skills
• You use efficiently Excel / Google Sheets
• You can communicate in fluent English and collaborate well with internal and external stakeholder
• You work diligently and carefully
• You are proactive and solution-oriented, you have hands-on mentality
• You are looking forward to working in a dynamic and fast-growing environment

Salary:

• Working Students: 20 hours per week; Bachelor 16€ per hour, Masters 17€ per hour
