SAP APPLICATION DEVELOPER – HCM/HONORARE (W/M/D)
Ab sofort, unbefristet für das informations-verarbeitungs-zentrum (iVZ)

Im Rahmen der SAP-Systembetreuung suchen wir Sie als verantwortungsvolle*n und engagierte*n Berater*in und Entwickler*in im Bereich SAP-Honorare.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Analyse, Konzeption, Implementierung: Sie übernehmen dies für die Anwendungen auf dem gesamten Gebiet der Honorarabrechnung.
  • Betreuung: Sie betreuen technisch und inhaltlich die bestehenden Anwendungen im SAP HCM/Honorarumfeld basierend auf Eigenentwicklungen.
  • Beratung: Sie sind Ansprechperson für den Fachbereich im Bereich SAP Honorare und arbeiten hier auch in Projekten mit.
Ihr Profil

SAP-HCM-Anwendungsentwickler*in mit einem Studium z. B. der (Wirtschafts-)informatik und/oder vergleichbar erfolgreich abgeschlossener Ausbildung im IT-Bereich sowie:

  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Softwareentwicklung, idealerweise in der SAP-Entwicklung (ABAP/4, ABAP OO)
  • wünschenswert wären Erfahrungen im SAP HCM-Umfeld sowie auf dem Gebiet des Personalwesens und im Customizing von SAP HCM, idealerweise schon in SAP HCM for S/4HANA (H4S4)
  • Bereitschaft zur Beratung von Fachbereichen in technischen und prozessualen Fragen und offen für Projekte im SAP HCM Umfeld
  • hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, Engagement und Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit sowie Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke; gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1)
Das IVZ

Wir sind der interne IT-Dienstleister der ARD, d.h. aller ARD-Rundfunkanstalten, Deutschlandradio und DW unter der Federführung des rbb und erbringen an den Standorten in den Landesrundfunkanstalten und bei Deutschlandradio zentrale IT-Dienstleistungen.

Als Arbeitsort wird Potsdam bevorzugt, ein anderer Arbeitsort an einem unserer IVZ-Standorte bspw. Köln, München, Hamburg oder Leipzig bei einer der Landesrundfunkanstalten ist jedoch auch möglich. Remote Work wird ebenso nicht ausgeschlossen.
