Als Office & Workplace Manager (m/f/d) sorgst du dafür, dass an unserem Standort alles läuft: vom Empfang über die Büroorganisation bis zur Unterstützung von HR, Finance und IT. Du bist Ansprechpartner:in, Möglichmacher:in und Organisationstalent in einem.

Was du dabei tust

  • Office & Standortorganisation: Du sorgst dafür, dass unser Standort rundläuft: von der Verwaltung des Büroalltags über die Bestellung von Materialien bis zur Organisation eines angenehmen Arbeitsumfelds.

  • Empfang & Kommunikation: Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle vor Ort – für Kolleg:innen, Gäste und externe Partner. Du empfängst, koordinierst, beantwortest Anfragen und hältst Informationen im Fluss

  • Reise- & Terminmanagement: Du planst Reisen, koordinierst Termine und sorgst dafür, dass Meetings und Abläufe effizient und gut vorbereitet stattfinden.

  • Administrative Unterstützung & Finance: Du unterstützt bei administrativen Themen wie Reisekosten- und Rechnungsabläufen, Vertragsmanagement oder Bestellungen.

  • IT & Arbeitsplatzbetreuung: Du kümmerst dich um unsere IT-Hardware vor Ort, unterstützt bei On- und Offboardings und stellst sicher, dass Arbeitsplätze funktional, modern und vorbereitet sind

  • Teamkultur & interne Zusammenarbeit: Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson am Standort, arbeitest eng mit HR, IT und externen Dienstleister:innen zusammen und wirkst aktiv an Events und internen Projekten mit.

Was du mitbringst

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Office-/Workplace-Management oder anderen Serviceumfeld

  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Finance- oder Administrationsbereich

  • Technisches Verständnis und Freude an Tools & Hardware

  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

  • Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und Hands-on-Mentalität

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office & modernen Collaboration-Tools

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse

  • Lust, vor Ort im Büro präsent zu sein – mit einem flexiblen Home-Office-Tag pro Woche
