Role Description

The Data Research Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support informed decision-making across various business functions. In this role, you will work with both structured and unstructured data, utilizing statistical techniques and data modeling to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Key responsibilities include conducting research, cleaning and organizing data, and preparing comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings clearly. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs, assist in the development of data-driven strategies, and contribute to the optimization of processes and performance metrics. The Data Research Analyst will also support the development and maintenance of databases and help ensure that data quality standards are met. A key part of the role is to stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and industry trends.

Qualifications

Candidates for this role should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in statistical software (such as R, Python, or SPSS) and data visualization tools (like Tableau or Power BI) is essential. A solid understanding of data collection methods and research methodologies is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for presenting findings to stakeholders clearly and effectively. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A background in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field is preferred, along with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
