Office Manager
, you'll help create an environment where everyone can do their best work—every single day

Aufgaben

  • Ensure the office is tidy and organized (e.g., loading/unloading the dishwasher, hanging pictures, keeping communal spaces neat)

  • Take care of general maintenance and practical tasks in the office (e.g., assembling furniture, minor repairs, preparing our Monday Team Breakfast)

  • Support the planning and organization of team events

  • Assist with the technical onboarding of new employees (e.g., setting up devices, helping with office tech)

Qualifikation

  • Fluent English (German not required)

  • Hands-on, practical skills and a willingness to get involved wherever needed

  • Enjoys working with people and has strong organizational skills

  • Available 2 days per week in our Berlin office (15–20 hours/week)

  • Confident handling office equipment and technology (PCs, Macs, printers, scanners)

  • Previous experience in office, facility, or event management is a plus, but not required—career changers welcome

  • Open-minded, service-oriented, and hospitable personality with a can-do attitude
