Als Werkstudent/in bei Mindray hast du die großartige Möglichkeit, praktische Erfahrungen in einem internationalen Umfeld zu sammeln. Als Teil des deutschen Logistikteams unterstützt du die lokale Bürokoordination dabei, den bestmöglichen Service zu bieten.

Aufgaben

  • Aktive Durchführung der anfallenden Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit der Lagerverwaltung
  • Bearbeitung verschiedener Aufgaben der Logistikabteilung des Unternehmens durch den Einsatz von ERP/CRM-Softwaren, sowie der täglichen Kommunikation mit dem Außendienst
  • Teilnahme an der täglichen Verwaltung des Wareneingangs und -ausgangs, unter Beachtung und Einhaltung der Unternehmensprozesse
  • Unterstützung des Kundendienstes bei der Lösung von Logistikproblemen, Demolagerverkäufen, Transportproblemen/-beschwerden und der Kontaktaufnahme mit Spediteuren, um Probleme zu lösen, falls erforderlich
  • Teilnahme am Projekt zur Optimierung der Logistiklagerhauses
  • Einhaltung der Compliance-/Datensicherheitsprozesse des Unternehmens, um Papier- und elektronische Archive gut zu verwalten
  • Unterstützung bei der internen Bestandskontrolle und der regulären Inventur der Bestände

Qualifikationen Und Erfahrung

  • Du bist aktuell an einer Hochschule/Universität eingeschrieben (Bachelor- oder Masterstudium)
  • Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse, in Wort und Schrift
  • Du verfügst über eine strukturierte, selbständige und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Du zeichnest dich durch deine Multitasking-Fähigkeit, einem exzellenten Durchhaltevermögen und Verantwortungssinn aus
  • Du bringst Interesse und die Bereitschaft mit, in einem schnell wachsenden Umfeld zu lernen
