Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams
Wir suchen einen Service Technician (m/w/d) für unser Team in Karlstein.
Ihr Verantwortungsbereich
- Montage und Reparaturen von GIS-Komponenten und Antrieben
- Mitarbeit bei der Fehleranalyse im Schadensfall
- Schulungen von Servicemonteuren vor deren Einsätzen
- Durchführung von Service-Einsätzen bei Garantieleistungen auf Anlagen beim Endkunden im Inland
- Durchführung von elektrischen und mechanischen Prüfungen mit EDV-Unterstützung an instandgesetzten Teilen
- Dokumentation und Auswertung der Prüfergebnisse
- Austausch fehlerhafter Baugruppen und Geräte
- Unterstützung bei umfangreichen und schwierigen Reparaturen, Erweiterungen und Umbauten
- Mitarbeit bei der Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsvorschlägen bei Schadensfällen
- Annahme und Kontrolle von Werkzeugsendungen, EDV-mäßige Erfassung und Einlagerung der Werkzeuge
- Sicherstellung termingerechter Werkzeugbereitstellung und Wartung bzw. Reparatur der Geräte
Ihr Hintergrund
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Montage und Reparatur von GIS-Komponenten und Antrieben
- Kenntnisse in der Fehleranalyse und -behebung
- Erfahrung in der Schulung und Anleitung von Mitarbeitern
- Bereitschaft zu Service-Einsätzen im In- und Ausland
- Sicherer Umgang mit EDV-Systemen (MS-Office, SAP, Prüfsoftware)
- Sehr gute Produktkenntnisse von GIS-Anlagen und deren Hydraulikantrieben
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
