Was Du mitgestaltest
  • Leitung der Abteilung QA Systems mit Budget- und Personalverantwortung
  • Verantwortung für Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Überwachung von Qualitätssystemen (z. B. Lieferantenqualifizierung, Dokumenten- und Schulungsmanagement, Qualifizierung/Validierung inkl. CSV, Risikomanagement, Selbstinspektionen, Management Review)
  • Festlegung und Koordination von Qualitätsgrundsätzen und -leitlinien
  • Sicherstellung des Lieferantenmanagements inkl. Verhandlung von QS-Vereinbarungen und Organisation von Lieferantenaudits
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Behördeninspektionen sowie Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung des QM-Systems inkl. KPI-Berichterstattung, Qualitäts- und Schulungsplanung sowie regelmäßiger QM-Reviews
Was Du mitbringst
  • Abschluss eines naturwissenschaftlichen Studiums
  • Mehr als 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie in den Bereichen Qualitätssicherung und GMP
  • 2+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Personalführung
  • Führungserfahrung und entsprechendes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Soziale Kompetenzen und Führungsqualitäten
  • Ausgeprägte Lern- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
