Production Quality Engineer

Aufgaben

  • Du definierst CTQs/CTPs je Wertstrom und setzt risikobasierte Kontrollpläne gemäß FMEA‑Prioritäten (Schwere/Auftreten/Entdeckung) um.
  • Du verantwortest qualitätsrelevante Dokumentation (SOPs, Arbeitsanweisungen, Batch Records, CoAs), steuerst Abweichungen und Change Controls und hältst Unterlagen auditbereit.
  • Du implementierst SPC und Fähigkeitsanalysen (Cp/Cpk) mit Echtzeit‑Dashboards, Grenzwerten und Alarmen und überwachst die Prozessleistung.
  • Du analysierst Probleme mit 5‑Why, Ishikawa und bei Bedarf DOE und setzt robuste CAPAs mit klaren Verantwortlichkeiten, Fristen und Wirksamkeitsprüfungen um.
  • Du bearbeitest Kundenreklamationen, führst strukturierte 8D‑Untersuchungen und lieferst datenbasierte Antworten.
  • Du coachst Operator:innen/Techniker:innen in qualitätskritischen Schritten, Probenahme und korrekter Datenerfassung und sicherst die Nachhaltigkeit der Verbesserungen.
  • Du verfolgst Quality‑Readiness‑Checklisten und führst kontrollierte Versuche durch, um Fähigkeitsbaselines vor Scale‑up und Freigabe zu etablieren.

Profil

  • 3+ Jahre Erfahrung im Quality Engineering in Automotive, Batterie, Chemie, Materialien oder verwandten Prozessindustrien; Startup/Scale‑up‑Erfahrung ist ein Plus.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in ISO 9001 sowie Vertrautheit mit IATF 16949 und den Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, Control Plans) zur Unterstützung risikobasierter Kontrollpläne und Fähigkeitsbaselines.
  • Nachweislich Kontrollpläne und PFMEAs aufgebaut/gepflegt, CAPAs end‑to‑end umgesetzt und SPC/Cp/Cpk zur Prozessbeherrschung genutzt.
  • Sicher im Dokumentenmanagement und im Umgang mit LIMS, um Aufzeichnungen auditfähig zu halten.
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Gefahrstoff‑Prozessen, Labor‑Qualitätsprüfungen sowie PLM/MES/LIMS/ERP‑Integrationen.
  • Proaktiv, resilient, hohe Eigenverantwortung und Freude an einem dynamischen, sich wandelnden Umfeld.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse; starke Zusammenarbeit mit Operations, Ingenieur:innen, Lieferanten und Automotive‑Kund:innen.
