Aufgaben

Analysen & Insights

  • Durchführung von quantitativen und qualitativen Analysen für Business Development, Finance, Product und Marketing
  • Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für Management und Teamleads
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Unterstützung strategischer Entscheidungen

Automatisierung & Prozesse

  • Identifikation von Prozess- und Datenlücken sowie Automatisierungspotenzialen und Umsetzung ; n8n etc.)
  • Aufbau und Pflege von automatisierten Datenpipelines und Reportings

Reporting & KPIs

  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Reports und Dashboards (z. B. Metabase, Looker Studio, Excel/Google Sheets, BI-Tools)
  • Definition, Pflege und Auswertung relevanter KPIs für Wachstum, Profitabilität und Effizienz
  • Regelmäßige Reportings für Management und Investoren

Cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Business Development, Finance, Operations und Management
  • Unterstützung bei Ad-hoc-Analysen und Sonderprojekten
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, Finanzen, Data Analytics oder vergleichbar
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Business Analyse, Finance oder Data Analytics wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Affinität für Zahlen
  • Erfahrung mit Tools wie Metabase, Tableau und Looker
  • Must have: SQL-Kenntnisse.
  • Python-Kenntnisse von starkem Vorteil
  • Interesse an Automatisierung und Prozessoptimierung
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Teamgeist und Freude an einem dynamischen Startup-Umfeld
