  • Entwurf und Implementierung skalierbarer, sicherer Cloud-Lösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering- und Architekturteams
  • Durchführung von Cloud-Engineering-Aufgaben innerhalb agiler Sprints unter Nutzung etablierter Best Practices und Vorlagen
  • Aufbau neuer Cloud-Umgebungen für Kunden mithilfe nativer Dienste von Azure
  • Nutzung grundlegender Architekturkonzepte und wiederverwendbarer Komponenten zum Aufbau automatisierter Infrastruktur, CI/CD-Prozesse und unterstützender Toolsets
  • Präsentation technischer Lösungen gegenüber unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen, von Entwickler:innen über Analyst:innen bis hin zu Führungskräften
  • Beratung von Kundenteams und Entscheidungsträger:innen zu Technologieoptionen, Best Practices und Mehrwerten cloud-nativer Ansätze
  • Auftreten als Stimme von Rackspace im Kundenprojekt, mit Verantwortung für Qualität, technische Transparenz und Umsetzungserfolg
Anforderungen
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Durchführung komplexer Cloud-Projekte, von der Konzeption bis zur produktiven Bereitstellung
  • Fundierte Expertise im Design, in der Bereitstellung und im Betrieb automatisierter, sicherer und stabiler Cloud-Infrastrukturen (Azure)
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie Bereitschaft, Aufgaben wie Provisionierung, Wartung und Weiterentwicklung cloudbasierter Systeme zu übernehmen
  • Fähigkeit zur Beteiligung an technischen Diskussionen auf verschiedenen Ebenen, von Architekturentscheidungen bis zur konkreten Implementierung
  • Anwendung automatisierungsorientierter Prinzipien im Rahmen agiler Projektmethoden
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten sowie sicheres Agieren in deutschsprachigen Kundenumfeldern
  • Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch (C1)
Erfahrung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit cloud-nativen Architekturen auf Azure, sowohl im Bereich IaaS als auch PaaS
  • Praxis in der Entwicklung von CI/CD-Pipelines und Infrastructure-as-Code-Ansätzen, idealerweise mit: Terraform, Ansible, Python, YAML, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Kenntnisse in der Programmierung und Skripterstellung (z. B. Python, Go, JavaScript) und Erfahrung in Entwicklungs- oder DevOps-Teams
  • Vertrautheit mit gängigen Sicherheitskonzepten in der Cloud (IAM, KMS, Key Vaults, rollenbasierte Zugriffskontrolle usw.)
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in Enterprise-Scale-Umgebungen mit direktem Kundenkontakt
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Konzepte verständlich zu vermitteln und als vertrauenswürdige:r Berater:in für Kund:innen aufzutreten
