Salary: Up to 65,000 euros + Package + Stock Options + Relocation Package

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Technician to join a technical team and play a crucial role in supporting system and product development across the full lifecycle—from early concept to testing and validation. You will be hands-on in the lab, contributing to circuit development, prototype builds, gate driver evaluation, and lab infrastructure optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deliver custom prototypes, test applications, and special builds to support product development.
• Perform evaluation, characterization, and optimization of gate driver designs (both low and high voltage).
• Test, evaluate, and source components to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
• Set up and maintain lab infrastructure, including equipment calibration and workspace optimization.
• Contribute to CAD design, including mechanical components and system housing.
• Develop and implement automated test procedures to improve efficiency and repeatability.
• Collaborate closely with engineers during product definition, system integration, and testing phases.

About You

• Completed education as a state-certified technician (Bachelor Professional) in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• 6+ years of relevant professional experience in electrical/electronic systems.
• Strong hands-on experience in assembling and testing power electronic circuits, especially gate drivers and inverter systems.
• Proficiency with CAD tools for mechanical design (e.g., Alibre).
• Familiarity with electronic design tools, ideally including Altium Designer for circuit design and PCB layout.
• Comfortable working in a cross-functional team environment, contributing to both hardware and systems development.
• Good command of English (written and spoken); German proficiency is a plus.
