Du verantwortest als Community Manager:in die Veranstaltungsmarke "Enforce Tac - Die Fachmesse für innere und äußere Sicherheit". Dabei bist du unser Auge & Ohr zu behördlichen & militärischen Stakeholdern
Bist du das?Erfahrungen im Relationshipmanagement & im Netzwerkaufbau/ in der Netzwerkpflege bzw. im Umgang mit StakeholdernBerührungspunkte zu/ Erfahrungen mit Behörden (z.B. Polizei) oder Militär (z.B. Bundeswehr); idealerweise verfügst du über eine militärische/ polizeiliche berufliche LaufbahnKonzeptionelle Erfahrungen insbesondere im Umfeld Messe-, Kongress oder EventmanagementAusgeprägte betriebswirtschaftliche/ kaufmännische Kenntnisse durch ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleicharer AusbildungenReisebereitschaft (überwiegend national)Digital- & Datenaffinität sowie sehr gute EnglischkenntnisseAusgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke & ein sicheres AuftretenPragmatismus & Entscheidungsstärke sowie Hands-On MentalitätSelbständige, lösungsorientierte & kollaborative ArbeitsweiseStartAb sofort

Dabei verantworten unsere Kolleg:innen die strategische Ausrichtung aller Marken inkl. Produkte und Services aus unterschiedlichen Produktgruppen (u.a. Messen, Kongresse, Services, Digitale Produkte etc.) im engen Austausch mit unseren Kund:innen, Partern und Multiplikatoren. Dabei gestalten wir auch einen erfolgreichen End-to-End-Prozess im Marketing. Wir stehen dabei im kontinulierlichen Austausch mit unsere Sales-Kolleg:innen und dem Bereich Customer & Expo Operations, die für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung der Messe-, Kongress- und Serviceformate verantwortlich sind
