High-tech start-up focused on commercializing energy-efficient solutions for high-speed data transmission. Our technology enhances scalable silicon photonic circuits with engineered organic electro-optic materials, enabling highly efficient light modulation.

You will play a key role in the development, fabrication, and testing of advanced Silicon-Organic Hybrid photonic integrated circuits. The focus will be on high-speed electro-optic modulators for next-generation transceivers capable of data rates exceeding 1 Tbit/s.

Requirements

  • PhD or experienced MSc in RF/electrical engineering, physics, photonics, or a related field.
  • Strong theoretical and practical background in mm-wave device/circuit design, fabrication, or testing.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard RF design tools, such as Ansys HFSS, CST Studio, or similar.
  • Experience in optical communication systems.
  • Proven track record as a project leader in high-tech R&D environments.
  • A flexible mindset with strong initiative and drive to innovate.
