Als DevOps Engineer in unserem SINA Cloud Team gestaltest Du maßgeblich die Weiterentwicklung unserer hochsicheren Cloud-Plattform für vertrauliche Daten und kritische Infrastrukturen. Du bist wirklich ein:e echte:r Problemlöser:in und einer Deiner größten Stärken liegt darin, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu analysieren und innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln. Du optimierst, automatisierst und entwickelst unsere sichere Cloud-Infrastruktur kontinuierlich weiter. Mit Deiner Expertise in Kubernetes und Python verbesserst Du nachhaltig den Betrieb und die Skalierbarkeit unserer Lösungen. Du treibst den Übergang zu Continuous Delivery aktiv voran und entwickelst passgenaue Lösungen für komplexe Herausforderungen in der Cloud. Darüber hinaus bist Du als Mentor ein wertvoller Teil unseres Teams und unterstützt die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse und Kolleg:innen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Weiterentwicklung der Sina Cloud-Plattform mit Fokus auf Sicherheit, Skalierbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Design und Implementierung von Infrastruktur und Automatisierungslösungen auf Basis von Kubernetes und Python bzw. Ansible
  • Sicherstellung stabiler Continuous-Delivery-Prozesse und -Pipelines
  • Analyse und Behebung komplexer Infrastrukturprobleme zur Gewährleistung eines effizienten Cloud-Betriebs
  • Mentoring von Junior-DevOps-Engineers sowie Förderung einer Kultur des kontinuierlichen Lernens im Team
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams zur Integration neuer Funktionen und zur Optimierung bestehender Lösungen

Das bringst Du mit

  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit Kubernetes und der Verwaltung containerbasierter Anwendungen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python und Golang (Go) sowie in der Entwicklung von Cloud-Automatisierungen
  • 5–7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich DevOps oder Cloud-Entwicklung
  • Erfahrung mit Continuous-Delivery-Prozessen und -Pipelines
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in OpenStack und Cloud-Sicherheitsarchitekturen
  • Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten sowie verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
  • Deutschkenntnisse sowie CKA-, CKAD- oder CKS-Zertifizierungen sind von Vorteil
