YOU WILL BE TAKING CARE OF:

• Maintaining and improving the structure of our Confluence spaces within the USIS pillars.

• Creating, updating, and organizing documentation and knowledge articles.

• Supporting the education team with learning materials and internal stakeholder communication.

• Providing operational support to the Support team (approx. 30%).

• Ensuring knowledge is easy to find, up to date, and clearly presented.

YOU CHECK THESE BOXES:

• Strong organizational and documentation skills with great attention to detail.

• Able to summarize complex content from different sources and make it easy to understand.

• Confident in communicating across different teams and stakeholders.

• Fluent in English (C1+) with a structured, proactive, and collaborative working style.

• Experienced with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira) or comparable systems (Notion, SharePoint, wikis), and comfortable using MS Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace.

IT IS AWESOME IF YOU ALSO HAVE:

• Experience in project management or process documentation.

• Background or interest in SaaS, IT, or digital product environments.

• Knowledge of knowledge management best practices.

• Additional languages, German or any other, are a plus.
