Mission Brief 

Your Role in Our Space Mission: 

  • Checking, posting, and booking incoming invoices as well as transactions with special general ledger indicators in SAP S4/HANA (Workflow) 
  • Proper recording of bank transactions 
  • Checking and recording creditor invoices in asset accounting 
  • Execution of payment runs in SAP 
  • Monitoring and resolution of the open items list for creditors 
  • Review and processing of credit card statements in compliance with internal guidelines 

Qualification Checklist 

  • Several years of experience in the AP (Accounts Payable) area and confident application of German and European VAT law 
  • Confident handling of creditor transactions with purchase order reference (e.g., SAP MM module) 
  • Expert knowledge in SAP S4/HANA is preferred 
  • High affinity for tasks in the AP (Accounts Payable) area and related tax issues 
  • Strong sense of responsibility, hands-on mentality, and excellent team player skills 
  • Fluent English language skills, German language skills would be a plus
