Das ist die Aufgabe
  • Eigenverantwortliche Entwicklung und Implementierung von ganzheitlichen, internationalen Vermarktungsstrategien für die Produktkategorie sowie Go-to-Market-Strategien für Produktneueinführungen in allen Schlüsselmärkten in Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Schnittstellen
  • Erstellung von Briefings für die relevanten Business-Partner und Leitung von komplexen Projekten sowie internationalen, übergreifenden Projektteams
  • Mitgestaltung und Freigabe von Kampagnen bzw. Kommunikationsmitteln in Hinblick auf die strategische Positionierung und -Marketingstrategie
  • Mitwirkung bei der konsumentenorientierten Weiterentwicklung des Produktportfolios inkl. Definition von Alleinstellungsmerkmalen gemäß der Marketingstrategie und den Zielen der Business Unit zur Beschleunigung des Wachstums
  • Analyse und Erstellung von Handlungsempfehlungen mittels Markt-, Kampagnen-, Wettbewerbs- und Kundendaten zur erfolgreichen Weiterentwicklung der Business Unit inkl. Reporting an das Management

Das überzeugt uns

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Marketing oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung sowie relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marketing
  • Analytische und konzeptionelle Arbeitsweise gepaart mit hoher Selbstständigkeit und Kreativität sowie erstes Leiten von übergreifenden Projekten und/ oder crossfunktionalen Projektteams
  • Kommerzielles Bewusstsein in Verbindung mit einer konsumenten- und kundenzentrierten sowie strategischen Denkweise
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, sehr gute Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeit sowie Kommunikationsstärke
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Bereitschaft für Reisen
