• At least four years of experience in growth or performance marketing within SaaS, event, or platform-driven environments.
• Proven hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Perplexity, Notion AI, Runway, or ElevenLabs.
• Strong understanding of automation platforms such as Zapier or Make and basic API logic.
• Deep knowledge of funnels, tracking, CRO, and attribution models.
• A strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong builder instinct.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Passion for transforming brands, content, and communities into scalable impact through data and technology.

Activities
As our
*Head of Growth Marketing – AI & Performance Focus*
, you will build the next generation of intelligent, automated marketing at Bits & Pretzels. Your mission is to transform our strong brand, content, and community into scalable growth systems powered by data and AI.

This role is not about geographic expansion. It's about spreading our mission:
*Empowering founders in Europe.*
You will amplify our reach, strengthen our brand, and develop new formats by turning creativity, analytics, and automation into a learning marketing system that continuously improves.

You will lead a small, high-impact marketing team of three people across content, design, and media partnerships — and actively shape its future structure and capabilities.

*Your impact:*

• Build and scale an AI-powered performance framework across paid channels, partnerships, and experimentation.
• Turn our existing brand strength and content into high-performing, data-driven growth systems.
• Develop and test new formats, channels, and campaigns based on real-time performance insights.
• Implement predictive analytics, generative content workflows, and intelligent optimization loops.
• Define and own marketing KPIs — from reach and engagement to funnel performance and ROI.
• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary marketing team (Content, Design, Media Partnerships).
• Collaborate closely with CRM, Product, and Tech to ensure seamless founder experiences across touchpoints.
