Augustin GmbH  sucht einen erfahrenen Product Manager (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Sales. Diese spannende Position bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, an einem unserer Standorte in Düsseldorf, Paderborn oder Bremen zu arbeiten. In einer hybriden Arbeitsumgebung werden Sie eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Produktstrategien spielen, um unseren Erfolg im Bereich Facilities weiter auszubauen.

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Produktstrategien zur Steigerung des Umsatzes und der Marktanteile.
  • Analyse von Markttrends und Kundenbedürfnissen zur Identifizierung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Vertrieb, Marketing und Technik zur Sicherstellung einer erfolgreichen Produktentwicklung und -einführung.
  • Überwachung des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus von der Konzeption bis zur Markteinführung.
  • Erstellung von Produktdokumentationen und Schulungsmaterialien für interne und externe Stakeholder.
  • Regelmäßige Berichterstattung an das Management über den Fortschritt und die Leistung der Produkte.

Um in dieser Rolle erfolgreich zu sein, sollten Sie über die folgenden Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten verfügen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement, idealerweise in der Facilities-Branche.
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Marktanalyse.
  • Exzellente Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, in einer dynamischen und schnelllebigen Umgebung zu arbeiten.
