Junior QA Lead (Quality Assurance Leiter) - Innovative VR/XR-Lösungen

Wir suchen eine erfahrene und qualitätsorientierte Führungskraft als QA Lead, die XR-, VR- und Enterprise-Lösungen auf höchstem Qualitätsniveau sichert. Du definierst QA-Standards, leitest Testaktivitäten über mehrere Projekte hinweg und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Produkte zuverlässig, performant und nutzerfreundlich sind.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Definition und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von QA-Strategien, Standards und Best Practices
  • Leitung und Koordination von QA-Aktivitäten für mehrere Produkte und Releases
  • Entwicklung und Pflege von Testplänen, Testfällen und Testdokumentationen
  • Durchführung und Überwachung von funktionalen, Regression-, Performance- und Usability-Tests
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Produkt, Design und Produktion zur Sicherstellung der Qualität von Konzept bis Release
  • Frühzeitige Risikoerkennung und proaktive Vermeidung von Qualitätsproblemen
  • Unterstützung von Testautomatisierungsstrategien
  • Defekt-Tracking, Bug-Triage und transparente Kommunikation des Qualitätsstatus
  • Mentoring und Weiterentwicklung der QA-Teammitglieder
  • Sicherstellung skalierbarer QA-Prozesse mit wachsendem Produkt- und Teamumfang

Dein Profil

  • 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in Quality Assurance, inkl. Führungserfahrung
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von Software-Entwicklungsprozessen und QA-Methoden
  • Erfahrung mit manuellen Tests und Grundkenntnissen in Testautomatisierung
  • Erfahrung mit Issue-Tracking- und Testmanagement-Tools (z. B. Jira, TestRail)
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Detailgenauigkeit
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
