Munich, Bayern, Deutschland Tytan Vollzeit

TYTAN Technologies

TYTAN is a young deep-tech defence start-up that develops a cost-effective counter-drone solution to protect people and critical infrastructure. We are an international team of ambitious engineers who combine expertise in autonomous systems and UAV design.

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager, who thrives in dynamic environments, understands the big picture, and can drive operational excellence across fast-moving projects. In this role, you'll work at the interface of engineering, product, and operations, helping us coordinate internal teams, align external partners, and execute mission-critical projects with precision.

Your roadmap to make an impact
  • Own and manage key internal and external projects — from planning and execution to risk management and delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, business, and field operations to ensure milestones and dependencies are aligned
  • Develop and track project timelines, KPIs, budgets, and delivery goals on time, on quality on cost
  • Serve as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders, suppliers, and strategic partners
  • Prepare project updates, flag risks, and communicate progress clearly and transparently across the organization
  • Identify bottlenecks early and implement solutions that keep things moving
  • Support the development of scalable project governance structures and continuous improvement processes
  • Work closely with leadership to shape operational priorities and prepare TYTAN for scale

Who you are
  • You bring 2–5 years of project or program management experience — ideally in aerospace, defense, robotics, or another complex hardware-software industry
  • You combine structure and agility: You know how to track deliverables and adapt fast when priorities shift
  • You're a clear communicator - written, verbal, and visual - who can navigate both engineering meetings and leadership discussions
  • You work proactively, independently, and hands-on — you don't just manage plans, you help get things done
  • You are comfortable working in an early-stage environment and are motivated by speed, ownership, and impact
  • You're excited about building dual-use defense technology that protects open societies and restores the economics of European air defense
  • Experience with project tools (e.g. Notion, Excel, Gantt, Kanban, etc.) is welcome
  • Experience with public sector, procurement projects, or security-sensitive environments is a plus
  • You are fluent in English and German

Why TYTAN?
  • Be the first to welcome the world into a deep-tech defense startup that is shaping the future of security.
  • Work in a fast-paced, international team where your contributions truly matter and your impact is immediate.
  • Participate in our success with stock options.
  • Be part of something bigger in a mission driven company.
  • Enjoy flexible working hours.
  • Access to EGYM Wellpass sports facilities.
  • All day coffee and snacks, team events, and a modern office in Munich.
