Tasks

Ihr Aufgabengebiet ist vielfältig und spannend.

Dazu gehört

  • Akquisition von Neukunden
  • Intensive Pflege, Begleitung und Beratung bestehender Kunden
  • Durchführung von Pilotprojekten und Anwenderschulungen
  • Angebotserstellung, Angebotsnachverfolgung und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Erarbeitung von Kundenanforderungen für Softwareanpassungen
  • Begleitung unserer Softwareentwickler bei der Umsetzung der Anforderungen
  • Betreuung Ihrer Kunden bei der Softwareimplementierung
Requirements

Sie sind ein engagierter Verkäufertyp, kennen die Produktion und wissen was in der Planung, Industrial Engineering, Zeitwirtschaft, beim Serienanlauf und bei der Verbesserung von Montage- / Produktionsprozessen relevant ist.

Zu Ihren Qualifikationen zählen

  • technische Ausbildung
  • ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung sowie idealerweise Erfahrung in Vertrieb und Beratung technischer Softwarepraktische
  • Erfahrungen in der Produktion als KVP/Lean Manager, in der Planung, im Industrial Engineering oder der Zeitwirtschaft / Arbeitsvorbereitung
  • Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift ist unbedingte Voraussetzung
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • gute Kenntnisse in der Arbeit mit Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams und Outlook
  • Führerschein Klasse 3
