Your Mission
We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to take full ownership of the Brand Assistant stream – an integral part of our AI product strategy. The Brand Assistant is a RAG (retrieval augmented generation)-based chatbot that helps our customer's end users apply their brand.
This role is focused on accelerating execution and elevating the impact of our AI initiatives by driving the development of RAG-based features from concept to large-scale production. This position will serve as a central point of expertise for AI-related topics – supporting internal teams and customers – and will play a pivotal role in establishing the Brand Assistant as a benchmark for excellence in legal, security, and testing practices for AI features.
Your Responsibilities- You own the strategic direction and roadmap for the Brand Assistant feature and potentially other AI features in the future
- You identify and validate new opportunities to optimize user and customer value of the Brand Assistant based on data and research.
- You discover and deliver solutions in close collaboration with your cross-functional product trio, supported by Product Research and Product Marketing.
- You'll drive and align the org around AI platform initiatives which may include things such as AI feature settings, platform-wide AI labeling etc.
- You'll serve as a point person for AI expertise questions for all product teams, commercial teams and customers.
- You'll make the Brand Assistant an example feature for legal, security and testing best practices for AI features that can be adopted by the rest of the org.
- You can work remotely or hybrid within Switzerland or the UK, with access to our offices in St. Gallen and London. Choose where to work from that works best for you.
- You have experience of shipping a comparable AI feature (RAG based) to production and iterating on it in an enterprise context with significant usage and quality.
- You have at least 5+ years experience in general product management.
- You have implemented security and testing best practices for generative AI.
- You show extreme initiative to create clarity in ambiguous situations and the ability to overcome push-back in the process.
- You're strong in discovery of green-field problems
- You're tenacious and driven, getting stuff done without waiting to be told. You have an opinion on how things should be done but are willing to be challenged.
- You're a natural collaborator: you will be working very closely with the team responsible for intelligent search and many infrastructure challenges will be approached collaboratively with them.
- You're comfortable being in the spotlight: you will be the person that others look to to represent our AI efforts both within the product org and vis a vis our customers.
- SaaS experience is desirable, as well as experience building and testing agentic systems.
