Take the lead in transforming programmatic advertising as PubMatic's Country Manager for the DACH region. This is one of the most strategic markets in Europe, and your chance to shape its growth for a global ad tech PubMatic builds the digital advertising supply chain of the future.

In this role, you'll own the regional strategy, accelerate revenue, and build high-performing teams while developing deep relationships with top publishers, buyers, and industry partners. Your leadership will have a visible impact on PubMatic's future across EMEA and beyond.

What You'll Do

  • Drive regional sales strategy, delivering against revenue and growth targets.
  • Build lasting partnerships with publishers, agencies, and brands by demonstrating the value of PubMatic's ad tech solutions.
  • Lead, grow, and inspire a diverse, high-performing commercial team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align market needs with global innovation.
  • Use data-driven insights to forecast, optimise, and uncover new opportunities.
  • Represent PubMatic at industry events, shaping our voice and influence in the market.
