An exciting opportunity with plenty of creative freedom awaits you in our Business Intelligence team at our Hamburg location. Our colleague Benedikt Neumayer  is looking for you to join her team as:

Full-time | Part-time | Job-sharing

Business Intelligence supports our sales teams and other stakeholders with research and market data and analyses based on this data in the planning, evaluation, implementation, and performance review of sponsorship partnerships.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AT A GLANCE

• You will support sales and marketing colleagues from the international SPORTFIVE teams in using media and market research data to acquire new partners and document the sponsorship success of existing partners.
• You will be a subject matter expert in sponsorship performance monitoring in general and media research in particular for our sales teams, other internal stakeholders, and external (potential) partners.
• You will analyze data from media research, interpret and visualize it with other data sources such as market research and market data, and derive recommendations for action.
• You will implement customer projects (e.g., sponsorship success monitoring or inventory evaluation) and assist in presenting the results to internal and external stakeholders.
• As a data expert, you will purchase data from external service providers and act as a link to our sales teams
• You will work with experts in the field of data engineering/data science to automate and link data streams in order to create better accessibility for the sales teams
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• 3+ years of professional experience in sponsorship research/sponsorship performance marketing, ideally in media research
• Good understanding of the mechanisms of our core sales business of marketing sponsorship rights, especially in an international context
• Very good understanding of numbers, analytical thinking, and confident Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Enjoyment of deriving business recommendations from data and dealing with sales trends
• Very good written and spoken English skills for English-language presentations and communication with our international colleagues
• Good written and spoken German skills to facilitate integration and daily collaboration with the German Business Intelligence team
