Für ein Projekt suchen wir einen Project Manager (w/m/d) zur Unterstützung komplexer IT-Infrastrukturprojekte im öffentlichen Sektor.

Aufgaben
  • Projektunterstützung in komplexen Infrastruktur- und Serviceprojekten mit technischem Schwerpunkt
  • Ausschreibung und Onboarding neuer Projektmitarbeitender
  • Planung und Organisation von Veranstaltungen im Bereich CoE Projektmanagement
  • Projektcontrolling hinsichtlich Termine, Meilensteine, Kosten und Qualitätssicherung
  • Koordination von Abhängigkeiten, Änderungen und Risiken innerhalb der Projektplanung
  • Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei Sonderthemen
  • Pflege und Erstellung von Projektplänen, Statusberichten, Protokollen, Kommunikationslisten und Vertretungsregelungen
  • Organisation der Regelkommunikation (z. B. Terminkoordination) und Verwaltung der Projektablage
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder IT-Ausbildung mit mindestens 6 Jahren Berufserfahrung
  • Mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und PMO-Umfeld in der IT-Branche
  • Zertifizierung in Projektmanagement (z. B. IPMA Level C, PMI PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, SCRUM PSM/PSPO oder PMI CAPM)
  • Erfahrung mit klassischen und agilen Projektmanagementmethoden
  • Versierte Kenntnisse in MS Office, MS Project, Visio, Jira und SharePoint
  • Erfahrung in Moderation, Präsentation und Veranstaltungsorganisation von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1 nach CEFR)
