Senior Manager Internal Audit

The role
As a Senior Internal Auditor with an IT & Analytics Focus, you will be a foundational member of a growing team, taking ownership of critical audit activities that shape and protect the organization. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy to not only execute audits but to proactively shape our audit methodology and strengthen our control environment. Reporting to the Director of Audit and Internal Controls, you will be a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights that influence key business and technology processes across our global operations.

What You'll Do

• Independently lead and execute business operational audits, from planning and fieldwork through to reporting.
• Develop and create the data analytics to be used in audits.
• Experience the IT audit domain, performing deep-dive assessments of IT General Controls (ITGCs), application controls, cybersecurity, and data privacy risks.
• Be hands-on in developing and refining our audit methodology, tools, and documentation standards to build a best-in-class internal audit function.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing pragmatic, value-added recommendations that improve efficiency and directly mitigate risk.
• Drive the implementation of recommendations by building strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders in Technology, Finance, and Operations.
• Pioneer the use of data analytics in our audit processes to increase efficiency and uncover deeper insights.
• Mentor junior team members (as the team grows) and contribute to the strategic direction of the internal audit function.

What You'll Bring

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in internal or external audit, with a focus on audits and internal controls. IT audit experience is a must.
• Experience in designing and testing internal controls within financial and IT processes.
• Knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGCs), risk management frameworks, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a process-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in an international, technology, or e-commerce environment is a plus.
• Exposure to manufacturing, food services or related industries is a plus.
• Certifications such as CISA, CIA, or CPA and/or other relevant qualifications are advantageous.
• Willing to travel up to 10% locally and internationally.
