What we look for:You will play a key role in the implementation and customization of innovative CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Emarsys, helping shape impactful solutions for our clients.You will dive into business processes, analyzing them in-depth and documenting insights to drive operational excellence.You will craft dynamic presentations, engaging training materials, and support with interactive workshops that empower our clients.You will be hands-on in exciting customer projects, configuring CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Emarsys, and delivering solutions that make a real difference.You will stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging trends and best practices in CRM, and share valuable insights with the team to continuously improve our approach.You will assist with project management tasks, ensuring smooth operations and helping deliver projects on time and within scope.What we require:You are currently studying business, media, marketing, communications, or a related discipline and have excellent grades. You have gained initial experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, HubSpot, or Emarsys (e.g., through courses, internships, or personal projects), and are proficient with Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook.You take ownership for your work and your personal development.
