Buying / Merchandising Administrator (FTC)

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Buying Administrator to join our Home Buying team on a 6 Month fixed term contract.
You will report to the buying manager, and provide comprehensive administrative support to the home Buying Departments.

Your Impact
- You will look after the supply chain critical path management and this will be a large part of your daily responsibilities.
- You will manage the process for all purchase order amendments and ensure that all required amendments are submitted and amended promptly.
- You will be the contact for our vendor base for any bookings issues, ensuring communication with both internal and external customers.
- You have administrative experience within a head office environment, and if its within the Retail Industry even better
- You will have a high level of working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), also knowledge in SAP is desirable
