DEINE AUFGABEN
  • Unseres Management-Teams bei den operativen Prozessen und Abläufen unterstützen, die den Warenschwund minimieren und die Rentabilität steigern;

    • Einen qualitativ hochwertigen - fünf Sterne -Kundenservice bieten;

    • Deinen Manager unterstützen:
    o bei der Entwicklung einer auf Verkauf und Kundenservice ausgerichteten Filiale;
    o bei der Gewinnmaximierung durch Erreichung der Verkaufsziele innerhalb des Budgets;

    • Dir alle Aspekte und Verantwortlichkeiten, einschließlich Kundenservice, Firmengeschichte, Produktwissen und Betriebsabläufen aneignen;

    • Deine sehr guten Kenntnisse in der Bedienung des POS-Systems anwenden;
DEINe fähigkeiten 
  • • Bereits Erfahrung im Einzelhandel, Leidenschaft für Mode und Denim;

    • Positive Einstellung zum Kundenservice.

    • Kundenerfahrung und ein hoher Standard an Kundenorientierung;

    • Erfahrung im Umgang mit allen relevanten Administrationsaufgaben

    • Freundliches, zuverlässiges und vertrauenswürdiges Auftreten und ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild

    • Gutes Zahlenverständnis und verbale Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch

    • Flexibilität in Bezug auf Arbeitsschichten an Wochenenden, Abenden, Feiertagen und ggf. Überstunden
