Das werden Deine Aufgaben sein
Du wirst als Automation Expert Teil eines hoch motivierten, agilen Scrum-Teams in der Abteilung "Digitalisierung & Business Automation Platforms".Gemeinsam mit dem Team begleitest Du Automatisierungsprojekte mit Low-Code Tools und identifizierst, bewertest und befähigst Automatisierungspotentiale in unserem Unternehmen, sowohl mit Fokus auf Prozessorchestrierung mit Camunda, als auch Oberflächenautomatisierung mit UiPath.Als Generalist:in unterstützt du bei der Entwicklung von Automatisierungen oder entwickelst diese mit unseren Low-Code Tools selbst, übernimmst aber auch koordinative, konzeptionelle und kommunikative Aufgaben in den Bereichen Wissensvermittlung, Anwendungsfallsuche, Planung und Bewertung.Du begleitest die Weiterentwicklung unserer Automatisierungsplattformen aus konzeptioneller SichtDas bringst du mit
Wo andere nur Routine sehen, erkennst du Möglichkeiten für Verbesserungen und Automatisierung und monotone Aufgaben siehst du als Prozessoptimierungspotenzial.Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.Erfahrungen in der Identifikation, Bewertung und Organisation von Automatisierungsprojekten sind von Vorteil.Kenntnisse in BPMN, Camunda, UiPath (oder ähnlichen Low-Code Tools) und Jira sind hilfreich – alternativ bist Du bereit, Dich in diese Tools einzuarbeiten.Du verfügst über grundlegende Software-Entwicklungskompetenzen und kannst diese im Low-Code- oder Prozessorchestrierungsumfeld anwenden.Idealerweise hast du Projektleitererfahrungen, um die effiziente Gestaltung und Leitung von Automatisierungsprojekten zu unterstützen.Du bist begeistert von neuen Technologien und hast die Motivation, Dich schnell in neue Themengebiete einzuarbeiten.Du überzeugst durch Deine Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Konfliktfähigkeit, die es Dir ermöglichen, sowohl innerhalb als auch außerhalb des Teams effektiv zu agieren.Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.Die Funktion ist grundsätzlich für Teilzeitkräfte geeignet.
