Quality Inspection Assistant

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the quality supervisor in performing daily product inspections;
  • Record, organize, and file quality inspection reports and related data;
  • Support the handling and follow-up of nonconforming products;
  • Assist with routine warehouse management and material organization;
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled student (flexible working hours available);
  • Detail-oriented and responsible;
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., Excel, Word);
  • Good communication and teamwork skills;
  • Ability to communicate in Chinese
    ;
  • Previous experience in quality inspection or warehouse work is a plus.

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Unterstützung der Qualitätsleitung bei täglichen Produktkontrollen;
  • Erfassung, Organisation und Ablage von Prüfberichten und relevanten Daten;
  • Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von fehlerhaften Produkten;
  • Mithilfe bei allgemeinen Lagerarbeiten und Materialorganisation;
  • Ausführung weiterer Aufgaben nach Anweisung des Vorgesetzten.

Anforderungen:

  • Eingeschriebener Student (flexible Arbeitszeiten möglich);
  • Sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise;
  • Grundkenntnisse in der Computerbedienung (z. B. Excel, Word);
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten;
  • Fähigkeit, auf Chinesisch zu kommunizieren;
  • Erfahrung in der Qualitätskontrolle oder Lagerarbeit von Vorteil.
