For our location in Ottobrunn near Munich we are actively seeking a Sales Ops Specialist / Sachbearbeiter Vertriebsinnendienst (m/f/d).

Your tasks – as important as our software:

You are responsible for the creation, tracking, and adjustment of offers in close coordination with the sales team.

Creation and editing of quotes and contracts for our clients both domestically and internationallyReview and processing of orders for software solutionsCoordination and collaboration with the Finance, Legal, and Customer Care departmentsMaintenance of master data in the CRM systemPreparation of relevant sales metricsUpdating of price lists and product descriptions in the CRM systemCoordination and participation in public tender processesAdministrative support in sales and marketing for projectsProcessing and coordination of customer questionnaires 

Your profile – as good as our solutions:

Completed vocational training or degree in the commercial fieldProfessional experience in inside sales is a requirement, ideally in the software industry or for complex productsProficient in the standard MS Office programsStrong German and English language skills, enabling you to communicate in a professional settingExperience with a CRM systemReliability, strong communication skills, and teamwork are important to us
