Workstream Lead/SAP (Ariba) S2C Expert (m/f/d) – Design & Go-Live
On behalf of a premier client located in
Baden-Württemberg
, we are seeking an experienced
SAP Ariba Functional Consultant
. In this role, you will provide both operational and strategic guidance for S2C processes, covering everything from the initial design phase to the final Go-Live.

Project Key Data

  • Start Date: Mid-February 2026
  • Duration: Until August 15, 2026
  • Workload: Part-time (approx. 60–80 total project days)
  • Location: Remote with occasional on-site presence in Baden-Württemberg
  • Languages: English (Mandatory), German (Beneficial)

Your Responsibilities – Focus On Business Design
Your primary focus will be the strategic alignment of business requirements with SAP Ariba standards:

  • Workshop Leadership: Prepare and lead approximately 10 business-oriented design workshops (February – April).
  • Best Practice Consulting: Advise the client on SAP Ariba Best Practices and critically evaluate custom requirements against standard functionality.
  • Documentation: Create detailed User Stories using Jira and Confluence.
  • Testing & Launch: Support User Acceptance Tests (UATs) in June.
  • Deployment: Provide Go-Live support in mid-July followed by a 4-week intensive Hypercare phase.
  • Note: This role does not involve technical integration or data migration activities.

Skills
Your Profile

  • Certification (Mandatory): You hold a valid Level 3 S2C (Source to Contract) Certification.
  • Expertise: Deep understanding of S2C processes and the ability to constructively challenge client requirements to ensure optimal system alignment.
  • Methodology: Proven experience in agile project environments (proficient with Jira/Confluence).
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and moderation skills at the business/stakeholder level.
