We develop, build and market best in class surgical products for the treatment of Stress Urinary Incontinence, Pelvic Organ Prolapse, and Polyps.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an expert in Caldera Medical's product lines, you will provide product training and education to distributor's sales team (Sales Reps, KAMs and Business Unit Managers), ensuring they have the technical and market knowledge to represent the brand effectively.
  • Medical Education & KOL Engagement: Plan, negotiate, and execute global and regional surgeon training programs. Coordinate post-congress follow-up and peer-to-peer initiatives. Engage with key surgeons and clinical leaders to strengthen brand credibility.
  • Commercially Focused (stronger sales linkage): Develop and execute surgeon training strategies that directly contribute to sales growth. Work with Regional Sales Directors to build a pipeline of trained surgeons who expand their procedure volume and patient treatment capacity following certification or training updates.
  • Market Intelligence & Insights: Consolidate global market and competitor intelligence. Deliver actionable insights to guide regional strategy and HQ alignment.
  • Jointly participate of joint visits to key customers within the territory.
  • Detect and assist in high-value tenders by working closely with distributors' teams to close deals.
  • Gather feedback from distributors to adapt product positioning and identify areas for improvement in the product offering.
  • Ensure distributors adhere to relevant medical device regulations and provide guidance on maintaining compliance with both company policies and local market laws.
  • Provide regular feedback to the RSDs and corporate management on the performance of distributors, including sales metrics, market share, and key market developments.
  • Identify obstacles to distributor performance and work proactively to address them.
  • This position requires considerable travel, 60% of the time.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Must have 4-year degree. MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years international marketing experience (medical devices / healthcare) experience in the OR surgical space required.
  • Consistent performance in providing technical and market training.
  • Must demonstrate a strong track record of building and maintaining successful relationships with distributors and customers.
  • Strong project management, analytics, and intercultural skills.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills. Public Speaking & Presentation. Strategic Messaging. Cross-Cultural & Collaborative Mindset.
  • Event Planning & Execution. Including medical congresses, trade shows, workshops, and KOL engagement programs.
  • Willingness to be in field and travel globally 50%.

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Direct team building experience and management.
  • Proven ability to drive new market entry and execute high-impact product launches across multiple countries in the territory.
  • Experience in Women's Pelvic Health Solutions segment.
