Summary
As
Product Owner / Technical Product Manager
, you will be the global contact person for our air sensor range at our Grossroehrsdorf site. You will have global responsibility for this product segment – from the initial idea through development to market launch and subsequent maintenance throughout the product life cycle. You will develop new product concepts, ensure a consistent product range strategy, manage new developments in terms of technology and content, coordinate the optimization of existing components, and contribute your ideas to international projects – in a dynamic environment with plenty of freedom to shape the future.

What You'll Do

• Global technical contact person for the air sensor range – in development projects, in range strategy, and throughout the entire product life cycle
• Central point of contact for technical decisions vis-à-vis project management, specialists, and other interest groups from product management, production, quality, electronics, software development, and verification
• Responsibility for scope, schedule, and budget in new development projects for air duct and environmental sensors
• Ensuring complete, consistent, validated, and verified product requirements
• Ensuring the implementation of compliant, valid, and technically feasible products
• Providing content-related leadership for the interdisciplinary project team and ensuring smooth technical exchange
• Transparent reporting to the project steering committee and management

Who You Are

• You have a degree in engineering and several years of experience in the development of industrial products with medium to high production volumes—ideally in the field of sensor technology
• You have in-depth knowledge of sensor technology and its integration into (field) devices, as well as a solid understanding of electronics, software, and mechanics; experience in the HVAC environment is a plus
• You have proven experience in a leadership role, work independently, think analytically, and approach challenges in a structured and solution-oriented manner
• You show a high degree of initiative, want to actively help shape our air sensor range, communicate clearly, and take responsibility in a dynamic environment to drive projects forward
• You communicate confidently and fluently in German and English
