Your working environment

In your "Supporting functions" role you might not come into direct contact with our products, but with your expertise you will contribute significantly to the smooth functioning of our company. Your tasks

As a manager in this division, you will actively coordinate the provision and operation of modern end devices such as notebooks, tablets and PCs, and ensure reliable and secure working of our colleagues around the clock. In times of rapid technological advancement and growing requirements for IT security and user-friendliness, you have a direct influence on how efficient and future-proof our IT services are.

As a Team Leader - IT Services, You Will

• Lead a team in terms of professionalism and discipline, and develop your colleagues in accordance with the global ASML guidelines.
• Plan, control and prioritize IT end-user support tasks as well as assign and process tickets in 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Install, configure and maintain client systems as well as carry out simple active directory administration tasks (e.g. password reset, user administration).
• Train new employees in IT end-user support and be available as the central point of contact.
• Administrate VDI/Citrix environments as well as networks and switches, and solve technical challenges independently.
• Coordinate external service providers and suppliers, and be responsible for contract and license management.
• Supervise IT projects, especially in the area of special hardware and client systems.
• Create and maintain documentation and guidelines as well as coordinate processes with the global ASML end-user service and locally integrate them.

Your Qualifications

• You hold a degree in the field of computer science, business informatics or have an equivalent qualification – alternatively, you have many years of professional experience.
• You have proven experience in the IT helpdesk or in the area of end-user services.
• You have in-depth knowledge of the installation, configuration and analysis of IT systems.
• You are very familiar with Windows operating systems as well as peripheral and client hardware.
• You have in-depth knowledge of end-user system infrastructure, particularly in the areas of networking, IT security and cloud computing.
• You have knowledge of data protection and are familiar with relevant regulations such as the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
• You are fluent in spoken and written English and German.

• You have strong leadership and organizational skills and understand how to lead and develop a team in tune with the objectives.
• You are able to simultaneously coordinate several projects without losing track.
• You have excellent communication skills, both when dealing with your team and with internal and external stakeholders.
• You work in a solution-oriented and decisive manner, even in challenging situations.
• You have a high level of personal responsibility and self-discipline.
• You have a good feel for process optimization and actively make suggestions for improvement.
