DU

In deiner Rolle als Mitarbeiterin im Beschwerdemanagement sorgst du dafür, dass eingehende Rückmeldungen und Beschwerden strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und professionell bearbeitet werden.
Du erkennst Muster, denkst analytisch und trägst dazu bei, unsere internen Kommunikations- und Serviceprozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
Durch deine strukturierte, empathische und verbindliche Arbeitsweise stellst du sicher, dass jedes Anliegen effizient, nachvollziehbar und mandantenorientiert gelöst wird.
  • Koordination mit den zuständigen Kolleg*innen oder Abteilungen, Anlage und Pflege der Tickets im System.
  • Erfassung eingehender Beschwerden und Rückmeldungen, Zuordnung nach Themen (z. B. Rechnungsfragen, Kommunikation, Bearbeitungsstatus).
  • Prüfung des Sachverhalts, Klärung offener Punkte, Entwicklung von Lösungen und Kommunikation mit Mandanten.
  • Dokumentation im Ticket-System, Nachverfolgung bis zum Abschluss und Qualitätssicherung der Bearbeitung.
  • Telefonische Erinnerung bei offenen Zahlungen sowie Klärung offener Rückfragen im Rahmen des Forderungsmanagements.

  • Hohe Serviceorientierung und freundliches Auftreten
