Then become part of our team as an Administrative Assistant (m|f|d) to the management Here you can not only demonstrate your organisational skills in a dynamic environment, but also actively contribute to ensuring that the wheels between management and internal processes run smoothly.

Your area of responsibility
  • You are responsible for providing administrative support to the management in all administrative and organisational matters.
  • You coordinate appointments, prepare for and follow up on meetings and take care of correspondence in German, English and, ideally, French.
  • You ensure that information flows smoothly and quickly.
  • You take care of incoming and outgoing mail and travel organisation
  • You are the interface between management and internal departments
Your profile
  • You have completed a commercial or tourism-related apprenticeship, ideally as a European secretary or a comparable course of study.
  • You are a responsible team player who stays calm under pressure and is flexible
  • Your performance in the Office software package is just as good as your friendly and competent manner.
  • You have a very good knowledge of written and spoken German, English and French
