Your Role
As the Director of Brand Marketing (f/m/x), you will shape and elevate the positioning of Autohero and (incl. EU sister brands) across Europe. You will drive deep market understanding, lead brand strategy, and oversee the production of high-impact creative assets, ensuring our brands stand out and drive profitable growth in every market. You will have direct responsibility for both the Brand Marketing team and the Brand Content Creation team.
Job Description- Define and own the brand positioning for both Autohero and (incl. EU sister brands), using market research as well as consumer and customer insight to drive profitable growth
- Lead the creative translation of brand strategy into messaging, campaigns, and visual assets that unlock new customer segments
- Manage and develop our in-house brand marketing and content creation teams, ensuring all brand touchpoints deliver a consistent, high-quality experience that supports acquisition
- Establish frameworks for innovative media selection and brand placements, ensuring our brands are visible in the right cultural moments and channels
- Set clear brand KPIs, monitor brand health, and ensure every initiative delivers measurable ROI and supports our ambitious growth targets
- Partner closely with Customer Acquisition Directors to align brand, creative, and media strategies
- Build robust, scalable team and partner structures that deliver high-quality output under pressure, fueling continuous brand-driven business growth
- Extensive experience in building and leading brand marketing strategies for consumer-facing businesses across multiple international markets
- Proven ability to build up strong challenger brands in markets where products are similar and brand reputation is the main factor influencing customer choice
- Strong expertise in market research, competitor analysis, and translating insights into actionable brand strategies
- Track record of developing and executing integrated campaigns across TV, digital, social, and OOH channels
- Experience overseeing creative production teams and managing the end-to-end asset creation process
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to define, track, and act on brand health and campaign performance metrics
- Skilled in managing brand ambassadors, sponsorships, and external partnerships
- Collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional environments and can align brand and acquisition goals
- Innovative, adaptable, and passionate about building brands that stand out in competitive markets
- Excellent communication skills in English; other European languages are a plus
