Düsseldorf and seeking an experienced
Senior Contract Manager (m/f/d)
to oversee and enhance our commercial contract management processes.

Your Contribution

• Legal Consultation: You provide legal support during the negotiation of client lease contracts
• Commercial Contract Oversight: You manage commercial contract processes and serve as the primary point of contact for client contract inquiries
• Contract Drafting: You create and execute customer contracts and related documents at the local level
• Clause Interpretation: You offer guidance on contract clause interpretation to local teams, ensuring alignment with stakeholder directives
• Risk Assessment: You support internal evaluations of contractual risks and assist in resolving issues related to contractual rights and obligations

What Makes You Stand Out

• Educational Background: You have a degree in law or business law; a second state examination is advantageous
• Professional Experience: You posses a minimum experience of five years in contract management or corporate legal departments; lateral entrants with relevant experience are welcome
• Negotiation Skills: You have proven experience in conducting complex commercial negotiations and managing contract-related risks
• Work Ethic: You eploy a structured and results-oriented approach to ensure compliance with operational and legal requirements
• Language Proficiency: You are fluent in both written and spoken German and English (C1 level)
