This is a full-time, onsite role as a GTM Manager at our Berlin HQ, preceded with a three-month rotational program with a pathway into a commercial role. You'll join a cohort of technical, customer-facing talent who build deep product expertise and commercial acumen from day one—culminating in a commercial position where you'll drive revenue and shape how leading organizations adopt AI.

Program StructureOur GTM Manager position is preceded by a three-month rotation designed to prepare you for the commercial role:
Month 1: Foundations in Customer Success & Account Management
- Intensive onboarding, product mastery, and shadowing of customer calls and workshops
Month 2: Building in Solutions Engineering
- Hands-on with building assistants/workflows and implementing light use cases
Month 3: Selling in Sales & Partnerships
- Shadowing and supporting sales and partnership calls, learning how to qualify, pitch, and close deals
Upon graduation, you'll transition into a commercial role, equipped with deep product knowledge, customer empathy, and proven ability to identify and articulate value.
What You'll Do- Master Langdock's AI platform through daily product interactions and real use cases
- Build assistants/workflows for yourself and the team
- Shadow and run customer workshops, 1:1 calls, and onboarding sessions
- Support the implementation of high-value use cases
- Shadow sales and partnership conversations, learning to qualify leads and close deals
- Transition into a commercial role to maintain your own pipeline
Technical Fluency: You can understand how our technology works and explain it clearly to others
Solution Ideation: You're able to identify opportunities for customers to get value from AI and advocate for them
Customer Empathy: You anticipate customer needs, motivations, and pain points
Strategic Thinking: You can assess markets, identify high-value opportunities, and think from first principles
Self-Guided: You drive your own work, take initiative from day one, and work autonomously while prioritizing learning and impact

- Solid technical foundation (databases, APIs, cloud applications)
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and German
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Team player who communicates well with diverse stakeholders
- Eager to build a commercial career, grounded in product expertise and customer understanding
- Experience in fast-paced environments
- Technical background or ability to quickly learn technical concepts
- Customer-facing experience is a plus
- Consistent record of achievement
- German language skills are required for this role
Compensation Range: €90K - €120K
