Functieomschrijving
Als Servicetechnicus Binnendienst in Elst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en de reparatie van ZOLL Medical reanimatieproducten. Je voert zowel technische als administratieve taken uit en zorgt ervoor dat serviceprocessen efficiënt en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen verlopen.

In deze rol zal tot 50% gereisd worden
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Ontvangst en verwerking van inkomende systemen
  • Uitvoeren van decontaminatie volgens richtlijnen
  • Verzenden en beheren van loaner-systemen
  • Opsporen en repareren van ZOLL -apparaten op printplaatniveau en lager
  • Uitvoeren van periodiek onderhoud aan ZOLL -apparaten
  • Uitvoeren van Preventief volgens MDR / ISO62353
  • Uitvoeren van inkomende en uitgaande kwaliteitscontroles
  • Zorgen voor tijdige uitvoering van alle taken en minimaliseren van doorlooptijden (TAT)
  • Documenteren van foutanalyses en opstellen van gedetailleerde servicerapporten
  • Registreren en opvolgen van activiteiten in het klachtbeheersysteem
  • Behandelen van inkomende klantvragen en -verzoeken
  • Samenwerken met verkoop, klantenservice en zakenpartners
  • Beheren en minimaliseren van klantklachten en zorgen voor een correcte afhandeling
  • Actief bijdragen aan de dagelijkse werkzaamheden van de afdeling
  • Naleven van alle wettelijke en regelgevende vereisten

Jouw profiel

  • Afgeronde technische opleiding (MBO/HBO) of vergelijkbare ervaring, bij voorkeur in Biomedische Techniek of Elektrotechnisch Technicus
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal (mondeling en schriftelijk)
  • Kennis van MDR / IEC en IEC 62353 is een pré
  • Team player, analytisch vermogen, nauwkeurig, verantwoordelijk en kwaliteitsgericht
  • Ervaring met MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Oracle is een pré
